I spent half the pandemic struggling with the right earbud solution - and here it is. At first I balked at the price but now find it's well worth it. I find my marathon meetings over 5 hours wear them down - but popping them in and out of my ears throughout the day works well. I was even "multi-tasking" one day doing the dishes while on a call. I originally purchased the Elite 65t to use for working remote. That worked great until it realized the modem did not work with my soft phone. Amazon Warehouse has these for a decent price above the cost of the Elite 65t. Glad I picked these up. Excited to see how they perform during a full work week. Additional updates to come. Read more

For Pixel & Chromebook users: 1. In-ear sound quality: Spotify is brilliant on the Pixel and absolute garbage on the Chromebook (*edit: you need to click the button on the side of the headphone to switch the usb light to blue in order for spotify,youtube,etc to sound good). Calls were crystal clear for both devices, and I use Hangouts video conferencing. There's no active noise cancelling so it's about normal with background noise in my ears. 2. Microphone quality: Obviously better on the Chromebook with the dongle (which turns green when it's connected, since there's no app for Chrome OS). I took several videos/recordings of myself on Hangouts and the Pixel camera to test the mic and there's still always background noise, so this mic definitely isn't to the caliber of a call center headset. I tested on my Pixel with the included corded earbuds to compare and my voice was much crisper with the Jabras but background noise was exactly the same on both. I think the style, case, and whatever superficial stuff was fine, but if my customers and colleagues hear the same quality that I get on my free pixel headphones (while having the jabras voice volume set to the lowest possible setting)??? Dumping in the return bin. Which is a bummer because even one iota of improvement in the mic would be worth keeping due to the other great features. Maybe next time Jabra... Read more

These are pretty decent. Price point helps a lot. Unlike other buds you need to use the right bud. You can't use just the left. Read more

The earbuds constantly fall out of ears even though I have changed the little rubber tips. Also when I am using them on a call the person on the other end says the communication is muffled. They work best for listing to music or audio books Read more

I expected nothing better since the bone behind my ears are not covered. The sound is great and battery life is superb. Its' only short coming is due to my own fault and that is the encroaching autonomic tremors that simply come with aging. I knew this before buying and I am simply cautious. Read more
