I've used the Jabra 810 on a half dozen events in the past few months. I highly recommend it for small meetings up to 25 people. My typical setup is hollow square or U-shape seating. I place the Jabra 810 on a small cocktail table in the center. My customers, including an airline association and a well-known national bank marvel at the sound quality on both the far and near end of the meeting. They have since purchased their own Jabra 810s and are using it in their conference rooms. Webex, MS Teams, and Zoom recognize the device by name immediately in the drop-down speaker and microphone list. Be sure to purchase a 30' USB 2.0 extension cable with a built-in repeater to extend the length. Read more

I purchased the Jabra Speak 810 for use during a larger meeting (40 - 60 participants). While it worked very well, I would recommend using the device as recommended by Jabra for a board room or medium-sized meeting space. Sound quality is very good. However, you may want to consider the Jabra 710s and pairing 2 of them together vs. the 810. Little more expensive, but provides more versatility. We also have 2 of the 710s and they also work very well. We have used the Jabra soft phones for a number of years and found them to be very reliable. Only comment that I've already shared with Jabra's very good technical support personnel is that I wish more of their products were able to be sync'd together (e.g., 2x 810s or 2 710s with an 810. I realize this creates some challenges, but if Jabra could pull that off, you'd have an even better product and many more loyal followers. Read more

For as big as the speaker is and the price, I would have thought it would have been much louder. It works okay but isn't good for a big room. Just expected better quality for the price I paid. Read more

We use cellphones in my office - no one has a traditional desk phone anymore. But we often do conference calls together, and cellphone speakers are horrible. This solved the problem. Excellent sound, some reduction of background noise, higher volume, and easy-to-use controls for connection, volume, and the all-important mute button. ** Yes, it is portable because it can be moved, but there is no battery and so it must be plugged in to use. ** The color led display is simple to use, and provides a good visual warning for when the mute button is engaged, or more importantly, when mute is off. All around - excellent phone, important accessory in modern office where people use cellphones. Read more

Not as clear as I expected, also, can’t believe there not an on and off button, so basically I need to plug it into wall sucker and unplug it every time I use it or done. Quite disappointed Read more

I've had experience with these working really well, but the one that I received was terrible quality. It sounded like a robot talking underwater during all of the video calls we had. Inconsistency in the quality of the product is not worth the price tag. Read more

I purchased this for Skype business. The sound quality was great. There were 15 people in the room and everyone heard the caller clearly and the caller heard the speaker clearly. Several colleagues have decided to purchase the speaker for personal use. I highly recommend. Read more
