Very sturdy. Easily adjustable. Works perfectly for my 2016 15" Macbook pro. The holder is a nice weigh and it doesn't slide around or scratch the surface that it sits on thanks to the layer of rubber on the bottom. There is also rubber on the inside where the laptop sits so it doesn't scratch up my computer either. The silver metal finish is a near perfect match for my silver MacBook. Read more
I've used this for a few months now and this little guy is exactly what I needed to hold my dell xps13 (9365) vertically while docked at my desk. It also holds my phone. I was worried when I got it because it was so small (fit in the palm of my hand). I adjusted it to max width which is a tiny bit snug on the fat end of my laptop with protective cover noted below as purchased on amazon (it fits but lifts up with the laptop when I take it out). So I stand my laptop with the skinny end down which works fine. The main thing about this thing is that it feels sturdy and it is. I have no worries about it tipping over. Width adjustment is easy with the included hex key (recessed set screw on the underside). Details: my laptop with cover is 25/32" thick at the fat part (just over 3/4") and 21/32" thick at the thin part (just over 5/8"). I was absolutely amazed at the quality. It is very heavy, great color and adjustable. It saves a ton of space on my desk and keeps the laptop cooler. The only issue I had was that had to adjust it to fit my laptop. I have a Dell G5 1550. It has a width of about 24 mm. To adjust this there are four screws at the bottom that would slide together forward or back. This helps balance the weight I guess, but it isn't easy to adjust the bottom. Quality product, logo is on the backside so it isn't an advertising billboard, which is appreciated. It is adjustable and there are screws to lock it in place. I have a surface pro 4 and my cell phone on it and it is very sturdy with no tipping to any degree. I have even bumped it a few times and it stays rock solid. The rubber pads on the inside of the holstering part will occasionally grip the surface and the holster will come up with it if I do not pick it straight up, however, I have the slot adjusted with a pretty narrow margin of error so that could be alleviated if I left more slack. I am used to picking it straight up by now so I haven't had it happen for sometime. All in all, I really like it and would reccomend. Read more

I was looking for a good vertical laptop stand for my desk set up as I'm currently upgrading my components to get into the whole single ultra-wide monitor clean looking set up. The thing is, with the current state of things, I have two laptops that I use daily. One 17 inch Thinkpad laptop for work (daytime) and one 13 inch Macbook Air for personal use (evenings). Thing is I know that this whole work from home thing is only temporary and I don't usually work from home so buying into a dual vertical stand seems like a waste of money. I came across this thinking that I could clamp in my Thinkpad since it's bigger then just place my Macbook Air in the phone/tablet holder. It surprisingly works really well! Definitely not the recommended use with two laptops in it but I really enjoy this product. The build quality is superb. It has a very nice solid weight to it and I never feel like it can tip over. I have a stand up desk at work that I'm at for 8 hours plus a day, so I need as much free space to work as possible and this stand definitely help with that, it keeps my laptop in an upright position freeing up a ton of space, plus i keep a few other items on it as well. This stand is so much better than the other ones I have tired. Has weight to it and can be adjusted! I can even set my iPhone in the extra slots. Keeps it upright and out of the way on my stand by my chair. I highly recommend this product. Read more
