Sizing was tricky but I did love the dress. Only negative was finding the right size for me as the size chart didn't work for me. I am pear shaped with no chest really and a Kim Kardashian bum so it just didn't fit the way I needed. It was either too tight on my bottom or too big at the top I couldn't find the right combination that fit but the quality was nice and I liked the material. I think it would be flattering if the fit worked for my body. Value for money was nice and I loved the stretch that the material gave. I just wish it would have fit me. Read more

Beautiful dress!!! It’s a cross from Audrey Hepburn meets Chanel. And the fit is perfection. My husband loved the way I looked in it. He told me he hasn’t seen me in a dress in over 23 years. Remember that really uncomfortable couch you woke up on one Saturday morning, in a basement of a frat house after an all nighter? You know, the couch that someone’s grandma threw out because it was made in 1958? Well that is exactly where they got the very fabric for this dress. Let’s discuss the bust line. What on earth was the designer thinking? Maybe just add some arrows that say “stare at my boobs” instead? I mean, you could lose half a burrito down one of these massive inverted darts. So unflattering. I can’t imagine going out in public with this on. And if have any sensory issues with texture this isn’t the dress for you. It’s itchy and very synthetic feeling. It does not drape in any sort of flattering way. Kinda made my skin crawl. Like that couch. Total hard pass for me. My carbon footprint is taking a hit on this one - right back to Amazon it goes. I am a pretty consistent size 8 in dresses. I'm 5'2" and 132 lbs. Amazon recommended a size 8 per my usual order. I saw that a reviewer recommended sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Even in a size 10, I had difficulty zipping it over my hips. The dress is super cute. I'm sending it back and not getting a bigger size because I don't like the way the darts look on the chest. This dress is gorgeous and looks like it cost a fortune. The material is something magical like from the rich past. It is slimming and made so well. Order your true size , I was recommended to order a size 12 but ordered the 14 and I am glad I did. You do not want this tight , rather it should skim your body in all of the right ways.
