These arrived in a nice presentable gift box and individually separated from other cubes. I like that they’re also different shapes, sizes and colors to keep them separate, so you won’t ever get them mixed up. They’re durable and well made, I also like that each pair comes in individual cases to keep them secure and totally portable to carry, if you want to pack them when you travel. Read more
Your jaw will get a workout. Not sure if in the long run it will work.
I will say, depending on which strength you use, your jaw will get a workout! They say to start with the 30lb units, but that seemed like it wasn't doing enough, so I moved quickly moved up. I am not sure if it is doing anything yet, but I will keep trying. Nice packaging. Well made to handle the pressure. Read more
How wide can you open your mouth?
I gagged with two of these in my mouth, one at a time was manageable. I kid you not, it is like trying to eat legos. They are thick and not being a hippo I am throwing the towel in. Look at the dude in the picture with the red set, how was able to crush them flat? This is apparently alligator jaw training! The price is excellent, the instructions poor and I need something about half a thick to start with. Read more
