I purchased both the blue and the black. I still have the black one. It helped define my jawline pretty well. One thing I will say for people who want a more angular look for their jaw is that you want to focus more on the front teeth biting than the side teeth with this. If you focus too much on the side bite, you may get more of a rounder face. Just try to work your front teeth when exercising. As a first time user, I was a little skeptical but after a few days of continuous use I started to see the results. It really does sculpt your jawline. I like that it comes in different colors. I did start slow at the beginning to get used to it and also to help with my gag reflex. It does feel comfortable and the resistance is just perfect and the price makes this item even better. After a few days I did not see any wear or tear so the durability was good. I like to use this while I clean up around the house as it helps me with grinding my teeth.
