Wonderful when used properly
I had to buy this product twice. The material holds up well but it depends on how you use it. The proper application is to clench for five second or longer than release for five and repeat. This allows the material to hold up longer but it won’t last which is the main problem. I think that it may be impossible for an item to do so but I’ve tried other products and this does very well. Works well, but keep in mind...
I bought the "advanced" black 70 lbs exerciser as I understand that the lighter ones lack the strength to hold their form. I am pleased with it but wish to point out that 70 lbs. is high enough resistance to induce a bit of a gag reflex when my muscles are strained. So I began with just low repetition and was quick to take a break. It's been easy to increase the number of reps. Second, the jawline quickly becomes more pronounced, but won't really pop without more sunken cheeks from body fat not exceeding the lower teens. It would be nice if it came with a case to catch the drool, but who said weight lifting focuses on hygiene anyway. Read more

On my 5th use which I would gently bite and hold for few seconds then repeat. I heard a pop sound! I thought I lost a tooth! Should this tear happen so quickly? I was looking forward for the results! Don't bite down too hard and you will have no problems with it splitting. If you are looking to bite hard, pay more for something stronger. This is perfect for me. It leaves my jaws feel a bit sore, but I can see a difference in a tightening of my jawline. Read more
