Well for me since the gums Super Super Extremely Hard. I like to let it rest on the roof of my mouth first with my tongue pushing on the gum that’s placed on the roof of my mouth until The gum gets more warm. Then I start chewing slowly and slowly till the gum gets chewable and then I just do what it saids chew for like 10-15 minutes I think it saids. Oh and I just chew before bed. I heard it’s better to workout before bed. That way when you sleep your muscles heal themselves naturally. It’s probably better for you. I don’t know. Anyways cheers!
