The flavor does not last long but I did not care about that, personally. The important thing is that my jaw was sore the next day after chewing two pieces for an hour or so. My jaw no longer pops when I eat food so I believe this product works in strengthening the muscles of the jaw. Read more

Definitely works the jaw. Flavor and then it become flavorless so doesn’t taste bad either way. Only about a little over a months supple if use everyday. Bit pricey but the best gun I’ve tried so far. Read more
I mean it’s not bad and not good as well just a meh, when you first bite into it there’s this weird taste and aroma in your mouth and it’s super hard at first, when you get on chewing it’s super easy and not that hard, the label says to chew 10-15 minutes but I can chew this all day long. Read more

If you want flavor AND a solid jaw workout, simply buy regular chewing gum that’s a similar flavor as the Jaw Gum and chew a piece of each at the same time!! I’ve worked my way through a pack of the Cinnamon Honey (with a piece of regular cinnamon Trident added in) and I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my face. This gum is great stuff and worth the money if you’re serious about building a solid jawline. Read more
