I’ve only been using this for a couple of days, but I can already tell this thing works. I just purchased my 4rth one of these (over like 3-4 years), if you have strong teeth with a modestly sharp edge on any of your front teeth, like me, then you will probably chew through this item in a few months, maybe less. I just get the advanced pop n go, as it last longest for me. It will work well while it lasts, and you will likely get some nice compliments, as well as better blood flow, definition, bone density and stress relief in your face.
