I’ve only been using this for a couple of days, but I can already tell this thing works. The biggest surprise so far is how much it’s helped with neck tension and pain — I actually feel looser and more relaxed in that area after each session. As for the jaw workout, wow… you can definitely feel the muscles firing that you never knew needed exercise. It’s kind of wild realizing how much your jaw has been “out of shape” until you actually work it. The resistance feels solid but manageable, and after a few sets, you get that satisfying post-workout burn. I bought the Beginner Strength product. Chewed through it in less than a week. I suppose that means I should have gotten the Intermediate or Advanced product. I'm not sure about the durability of these things, especially at this price. It works though. Read more

I just purchased my 4rth one of these (over like 3-4 years), if you have strong teeth with a modestly sharp edge on any of your front teeth, like me, then you will probably chew through this item in a few months, maybe less. I just get the advanced pop n go, as it last longest for me. It will work well while it lasts, and you will likely get some nice compliments, as well as better blood flow, definition, bone density and stress relief in your face.
