I have had Planters Fasciitis which developed into Peroneal Tendonitis since Oct 2022. Due to a loss in medical insurance, I have had to combat this condition alone. I have tried 8-10 brands online and one that is found in the SUPER Store . THIS IS THE BEST! From the moment my husband dressed up my foot, I could see that the adhesiveness seemed different.We have to layer strips over each other as to cover a portion of the side of my calf and I saw that the strips stuck to each other PERFECT! I am a little sickened by how much money I have shelled out. Many I have tried starts to peel after working all day, or when I dress it and go to sleep and by morning the tape has started peeling up on the edges and begins sticking to my socks. PLEASE if you are contemplating between tapes like I have for MONTHS,,,just forget it. The better deals you see aren't worth it. I don't take the time to write reviews and I didn't even write reviews for the crappy tapes. But I am SOOOOO happy that I finally found the one that TRULY works that I just wanted to save you guys some money so you won't have to do what I have done for nearly a year! JUST DO IT!!! I use this tape on my knee. I need a knee replacement but by using this tape it helps keep it more secure. I love this tape as it has super holding power but doesn’t have a lot of strength. I can leave this tape on at least 7-10 days before the edges start curling up. AND the big plus is that when you remove it, it doesn’t rip your skin. I have used the major brand and it is much more stronger as far as hold power but does NOT stick very well. It only lasts about 3-4 days. It rips my skin off when it time to change it out. If only they could combined the two it would be a fantastic product. I would give this 5 stars if it would give a stronger hold. Read more

Gives knees great support without the bulk of a knee brace. Usually stays in place 5-6 days. Lasts through showers, swimming and workouts. It takes a little practice if you are using them for the first time. I cut one strip in half and use to wrap around my knees in a U-shape. If the corners start to peel after a few days, just snip off the corner. The tape is breathable and has not caused any skin irritation. Definitely would recommend. Read more

Worth the money, not comparable to KT brand though. Works great on my hips and wrist, and other flatter surfaces but does not stay put on my knees like the other brand does. Read more
