Hi, I've never reviewed anything like this, so my thoughts might be all over the place... sorry about that :\ Upfront: I have a severe gag reflex. I've tried other various jaw exercisers (molar type), but all of them caused me to gag quickly and badly. I saw the HUGEOAKS JE-PRO and decided to give it a shot, as it's an incisor bite. And Wow! What a difference in a good way! I still gag at times, but for the most part am able to tolerate this device vs. than other jaw exercisers. Whew! :) At the time of this review, been using this just shy of over two months now. As for results: I have a beard, so was surprised to not only feel results (with fingers), but was able to see visual improvements, too. And stronger jaw muscles. Sidenotes: I'm not strong enough to use the device's max strength and I'm also experimenting to see if I can get more tone than size/reshape, so I don't have any insights on how the device would hold up with max strength; I keep mine lighter tension and do more reps. So far, the functionality of the device has held up well. The bite pads are a bit wide for me (not the fault of the manufacturer... I just have a small mouth) and that causes me to gag sometimes, so sent them possible ideas for optional pad variations that might be helpful for people with smaller oral cavities; they were very receptive to the ideas and have excellent communication. put in strongest spring, set to maximum resistance, liked the workout but it broke after 10 days of use. It may have lasted with the weak spring, but it does not provide much resistance. They sell with the tougher spring but the device can't take that kind of force. Overall, my experience with this product and the company is good. This is my favorite concept for a jaw exerciser I have come across. I have used a number of different jaw exercisers, including the well-known Jawzrsize brand, but this is my favorite. For one, you are able to adjust the resistance with many options from 36 all the way to 110 lbs. Two, just like with Jawzrsize, this one utilizes your incisors (the front teeth) instead of the molars (the side teeth). Jaw exercisers that use the incisor teeth give the jaw a more angular shape instead of a more box shape like the ones that work the side teeth. I also appreciate the design of this since it will not tear like most other jaw exercisers. However, there may still be adjustments to be done regarding the design. My first one broke after a couple of weeks of use. The bottom part broke. I think it is because the bottom is not as fortified as the top. Thanks to fantastic customer service, I was able to get a new one sent free of charge. I have just started using the new one. They truly care about their product and customers. I’m in my thirty’s and I notice when I lose weight. It’s shows more in my face and I look more tired/saggy. I bought this last month and was willing to try this out. After I bought this and started using it. I did it every day after I brush my teeth. I did 3 sets of 10 reps and adjusted the strength on it to my liking. I’m going to say it’s 10/10 :) my jaw line looks more defined and my double chin keeps getting smaller and is disappearing.
