The media could not be loaded. I am definitely a little disappointed with this product... The description & product photos definitely made it seem like the quality of this product was better than it actually is. It's a decent product and it's comfortable, it's also a decent value for the money & it does help to keep you cool at night... but it isn't as thick -or- 'pillowy' as it portrayed it to be & the photos of this product are definitely a little misleading for sure. I mean, I guess I am going to keep it.. but if I had known the actual quality of this product BEFORE purchasing it, I most likely would have ended up going with a different product all together.
