I am 5’11” and 210 pounds. I got the medium. Waist fits great! Length is about 4 inches too long. Everything else is tight! These are basically men’s leggings. These are comfortable and made well - they feel like twill These pants are a poly blend with another artificial fiber but they have the look and feel of cotton twill. There's a weave pattern in the fabric that stands out, giving texture and a nice look to the pants that I did not expect. They're constructed well, I included pics of the stitching at the top, exterior for the button, and at the bottom of the legs where they are hemmed. The stitching is nice and tight without frayed loose thread. They stretch well, despite being a slim fit they fit my larger frame. Not the most flattering, but they do fit easily where non-stretch fabric would not. The stretch to fit me is not awkward either, just a bit tight in the thigh but loose in the ankle. The mesh design breathes air, it does not hold it to the body to insulate. It's winter now. That lack of insulation means I won't be wearing these to outdoor activities until warmer weather. I did not notice any color fade from the first wash. It says hang to dry, but I didn't have a problem in my very old tumble dryer which barely gets warm. I would not put these in a commercial dryer.
