It is a yoga block. It sure does its job. I have never had one previously, so I can say that this is the best yoga block I have ever owned. I suppose it is the correct amount of softness and provides the right amount of support. Read more

Works exactly how you would expect a yoga block to work. Great for doing some targeted stretching. Read more
This block is lighter than the ones at the yoga studio. Also the surface seems a bit more delicate. You can easily scratch it. Dig a nail into the side and you'll have yourself a permanent mark. Now if don't care about aesthetics and just want a block to help you in class, this is a solid choice. It's stable and offers three different heights depending on how you place it on the mat, and in spite of it's mass, can support quite a bit of weight without compressing. Read more
I’ve been doing yoga for a while and have used a variety of yoga blocks. For me several criteria are important: Density of the block: If you use a foam block and the density is too hard (like cork), you find you feel like you are using a cement block when using this as a back support during backbends and that hurts. If they are too soft, when you stand on them, they sink too much and it is hard to keep your balance. These blocks are in the goldilocks zone of being not too soft and not too hard, so just right. They also have generous chamfers (~1/4”) to alleviate jabbing from the corners. Thickness: I have gotten yoga blocks only to realize they were 3” thick instead of 4” thick. While thinner blocks have their uses, I find a 4” block is more stable and not likely to tip. Overall I think the 4” thick blocks are more versatile. So this block in my opinion is just perfect for my uses. By getting only one it matches the one I already have and now I have a matched set. Also reasonable if you want to buy more. Just a side note, the color & logo are not an exact match to the photo on the web site. See my pictures for what was received. Read more
This yoga block is simple yet effective. It's made of a dense, cushioning blue foam that provides solid support while still being comfortable to use. The block can be positioned in three different orientations, allowing for three different levels of height to suit your needs during practice. At the time of review, it's priced at about $6, which makes it a great deal for its quality and versatility. I would definitely recommend this block for anyone looking to enhance their yoga practice at an affordable price. Read more
I like the Goldilocks features of my JFIT Yoga Block. It is small enough for me to bring to my Yoga class and during my travels. It is neither too hard nor too soft – just the right density. I love the blue color – it is calming and peaceful. I have a larger Yoga block that I keep at home, so the size of this one really gives me more “away from home” options. The versatility of the block has allowed me the opportunity to extend my Yoga exercises. A genuinely nice product. Read more
