These are pretty good shorts. The fit is true to sizing, color is true to the pictures in the ad. The material is very stretchy/comfortable. These shorts are more soft than slick, meaning they are more spandex than I'd expected. They dont have that ... "plastic" type of feel on most running/exercise shorts. I have not worn them to test the theory, but they dont feel like the type that are particularly "dry fit" (I doubt the sweat will dry out them quickly once you get going). What a great pair of shorts. I ordered these for my husband. He is difficult to buy for because he often has textile issues. A piece of clothing needs to have smooth seams and not chafe in any way. These shorts are made with expert work and very high quality materials, and my husband has had no issues whatsoever. I'm happy to report that these are now his favorite shorts. He wears a 40" waist in pants, so I ordered him these in XX-Large and they fit perfectly. The waistband is wide without being too wide and it doesn't roll. I was worried that they would be long (my husband has a 29" inseam) but the length is just perfect. The fabric feels so nice. It's a stretch knit material, but it is very fine, sturdy but light. Hubby wasn’t a fan of these shorts, and he’s a very lenient reviewer. He’s never rated anything below five stars. He said the material on these pants are so thick, almost like swimsuit material and he didn’t like the feeling at all. He said he expected dry fit not swim drunks. It’s a three star instead of a four because he changed and said he literally could not wear them. May be great for someone else, but didn’t work for us. Read more

These shorts were shockingly comfortable which was a pleasant surprise because as a curvier woman, men's shorts/pants don't always fit well.
