When I received this, my first thought was no way will I use this pillow. It looked so uncomfortable and was softer than I prefer. I was dead wrong. Best $40.00 ever spent. I am pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this pillow is. It's firm, but also soft. The firmness just keeps the shape but does not make it uncomfortable at all. I needed a pillow to keep my head level because I have sinus issues and was waking up swollen and sore. This pillow has changed all of that. I absolutley love this pillow. Read more
