Alexa, where's my stuff?—January 26, 2025
OK so, this is when you know you've gotten old. You get excited over something you use to dry your hands. But I'm not proud, so what the heck, I'm here to tell you that I love these things. There's just something about using them that is so cool and, in all honesty, they actually dry your hands better than a towel. I think it's because, when you just grab it (with fingers spread) it gets everywhere, not just where a towel contacts the skin. Because of it's design, the fibers get between the fingers and dries them immediately. I grab it, then turn my hands and pat the backs of my hands once. No more walking out of the bathroom wiping my hands on my pants! I loved these so much, I bought a set and gave them to my 84 year old neighbor who also gets a huge kick out of how much she loves them. She thinks it's weird to love them, but I keep assuring her it's not. They are soft, durable, wash well in the washer, dry well in the dryer, and are attractive hanging in the bathroom. What's not to love if they also dry your hands very well? Buy them! You'll love them too! Read more

I was looking for practical gifts for Christmas presents and saw these. Of course I had to try them myself first to make sure they would be acceptable gifts. So far I love them. I used the hook to put one up by my bathroom sink. They are cute and they do work and dry fast. I have not yet washed them to know how they hold up but they are the perfect gift since my theme this year is pampering and I thought I fluffy “towel thing” would go well with the other things I have for gifts. My wife loves these. It seems I have a tendency to walk off with the towel after drying my hands, and these stay put! They are absorbent, attractive, and the colors go well with our decor. They do not shed and the texture is such that they quickly dry hands and don't get saturated. Read more

I am amending my original review. Pls note, I originally gave this product 1-star for its intended purpose, and the 1st paragraph below is my 1st review. TBH, I don't know what rating to give now, as I hv tried this product for a different purpose (dusting), and it is excellent!! In addition, the customer service is excellent. So, I'm giving it 3-stars. Please read my edit! These are NOT good for drying hands. They do NOT dry quickly. I'm so glad I didn't mount the little holders that came w them. I am so disappointed. I wash my hands frequently, so I was pretty excited about trying these after reading the reviews. I'm not returning them bc that would be wasteful and they will just end up in a landfill. I'm going to try them as a duster. If they don't work for that purpose, I'll recycle them, either through textile recycling, or possibly a donation to a creative reuse craft place near us. Maybe someone can do something creative, or use them as pillow stuffing. They certainly are NOT useful for their intended purpose! EDITING FOR UPDATE: First, I would like to acknowledge that the manufacturer read my review and promptly emailed me to offer a full refund! I find this commendable!! I hv to find that email and respond, as i hv yet to do so. I planned to decline their offer, as I was not returning the item, for reasons I commented on in my original review. If I was keeping them, regardless of the reason, it seemed disingenuous to accept a refund. Nonetheless, I applaud their customer service, and will look for other products of theirs to try. Second, as I mentioned above, I was going to try these as a duster. I did, and they work beautifully!! While they do not work well for their advertised purpose (in my experience), they work exceedingly well as dusters, even without any additional polish or solution to hold the dust! They pick up the dust quite well, can be shaken outside, and then pick up more dust! They are much more efficient and functional than a dust rag!! Then, they can be thrown in the washer and reused!! I've only used one so far. I'm currently keeping the other 2 in their original bag. We need to do a major cleaning in our house, so there may become a point when I hv all 3 in service. If our pace is slower than I hope it will be (energy and ambition do not always match at our age), then i will use the one and wash it as we take some time off from cleaning, and donate the unused 2 to our local Center for Creative Reuse, a non-profit that collects all sorts of unusual things for children and creative sorts to use in crafts. These are v soft and fluffy, and w some felt and Googly eyes, could make a cute plushy or something. So, based on my opinion, 1-star as a drying product, 5-stars as a duster, and 5-stars for customer service!! I suggest the manufacturer market these as dusters, and provide removable wands to attach these to for hard to reach places!! Read more
