There is a real marketing error on item. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this dog bed but was very disappointed when I first opened it BECAUSE it's vacuum packed!!! The bed, instead of being all fluffy, puffy and soft...looked so depleted and even the sides didn't stand up from the bed itself.. However, I figured out that tossing it in the dryer on cool, was needed to fill all the bed fibers with AIR pockets again. Anyway, it all turned out great and I love that it matches my decor but seems to me the mfg or sellers should make sure they mention this helpful hint about bringing the fabric back to it's original state. I can only imagine that many customers don't try to fix the problem and just return it. The fluff dryer setting is the secret to this beautiful and comfy dog/cat bed. Read more

Sent Used Gross, Unhygienic Bed

This was sold as new and was very obviously a used return. It arrived stuffed in a literal trash bag. The moment I took it out, it was clear it had already been used. It was dirty, covered in dog hair, and the white square sections of the cushion were darkened and stained. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s gross and unhygienic. A used dog bed can contain hair, dirt, odors, allergens, bacteria, or parasites from a previous dog or owner. That is not something anyone should unknowingly bring into their home, especially for their pet. There is zero excuse for this being shipped as “new.” This is a serious quality control failure and was clearly someone else’s return that got reshipped. I'm returning immediately. Do not recommend.
