The media could not be loaded. My pillows came vacuumed sealed! So it doesn’t look like picture. A nice and smooth pillow. Vacuumed sealed made my pillows wrinkled but that’s expected. The pillows were flat after opening vacuum seal. I had to fluff them. These pillows are thick and med/firm. These are long pillows which I like. There’s no smell and worth the price for a pk of 4. I did lay my pillows out on bed and turned on a fan to help them rise up. I’ll definitely purchase again. FYI: I only had to let these pillow sit out for about 10 mins with fan on. (Perfect). Received box with 4 individually wrapped and vacuum sealed pillows. When opened, only a small expansion occurred, but still flat and remained as such by the next day, without any further expansion. Manually fluffing them helped some, but ultimately what did the trick was to place each pillow, separately, for 15 minutes in the dryer on extra low heat. I slept on one last night and it maintained its shape through the night. I am a side sleeper and would describe it as more medium than firm. It is very comfortable with good support and looks to be well made. It is a white quilted fabric (polyester fill) with a grey rectangular border and correct size (16x30 inches, King). Pillows have zero odor. I personally prefer a machine washable pillow. Are they the greatest and best pillows ever? No, unless you want to spend $50-100+ per pillow. I personally never cared too much for bamboo or foam, and think the best ideal pillow is a 100% genuine down with good pressure fill. Overall, they are very nice and comfortable for budget pillows (Little over $8 each), keeping in mind most sleep pillows used every night are best replaced every 1-3 years. I was due for a new firm pillow and found this one at a good price. On my first night of usage, I found it to have excellent support by itself for side sleeping and stomach sleeping. As for back sleeping, it doesn't have enough thickness, causing my head to be slightly tilted backwards. As a heavy deep sleeper who prefers firmness for support, this pillow has the perfect combination of firmness for support and softness for comfort.
