I have been using red light therapy masks for years now and this one by far is the best fitting, most comfortable, and most effective coverage mask I have used. I have a very narrow face and most things (sunglasses, masks) gap or don’t fit at all. This mask accommodates all types of face shapes and is very lightweight and comfortable. I’ve been using it now for a few weeks and I usually do it everyday, and I can already see an improvement in my skin since I’ve upgraded to this mask. Looks a bit scary at first, but actual use quickly becomes easy, comfortable and routine. Doesn’t include any eye protection - - and the info doesn’t mention any such need or advice - - but buying and using eye protection will likely add some peace of mind. Seems like a high quality product overall, but after a month of usage, no noticeable skin improvements using a suggested 10 minutes of “soothing mode” followed by 10 minutes of “deep mode” (“M1” followed by “M3”). There’s other suggested usage routines that could be tried (and maybe for longer than a month), but results will likely just depend more on your age and personal skin issues. Might work for you.
