Now this product is definitely interesting, which is why I decided to get it, I was curious. I mean I could use a little help toning my pelvic and glutes, so why not try it out. And let me say I'm actually impressed. I wasn't sure if this would even work, but it truly does. The shorts only come in one size, but luckily they fit me perfectly and are super comfortable. I'm 5'3" and 140 lbs for reference. I hooked up the small magnetic controller to the shorts and read the instructions, which were clear and simple to understand. Its easy to use, there are 4 modes M1 though M4, lightest to strongest, and up to 4 intensity levels each mode. I chose to start off easy with mode M1 at 2 intervals and could really feel something happening even at this low setting. I mainly feel a vibration through my pelvic area, glutes, and hips, its pretty strong and feels like my muscles are contracting. It also feels like it's going deep down into my muscles. At first it was kind of uncomfortable, felt more like shocking. But after some time it did ease up a lot and you start to get used to it. I got to the point where I wasn't even paying it any mind, just walking around cleaning the house. So don't give up if it's weird and uncomfortable at first, it does get better. It lasts for 20 minutes a session, then automatically shuts off. Ive been using it 4 times a week for 20 minutes and I have noticed a difference. My butt looks and feels more toned, and more plump. My pelvic area feels tighter and stronger, and my hips firmer than before. Afterwards your muscles will feel a bit sore like you just worked out, but it's not bad and it lets you know it's actually working. It feels like I actually just finished doing squats and lunges. Overall I'm really happy with this product and would recommend it. I didn't know what to expect but glad I gave it a chance and am so happy with my results. I absolutely love these shorts. I use them daily almost. Not only are these great for adding in your work out goals, these are amazing for pain management in your hips! For reference I am 5’5 and 160 pounds and these fit perfectly. I am a 28 inch waist. So size 6-8 and these work great for me and have some room in them still.
