Aesthetics & Functionality = 💯
LOVE this corner shower shelf! It’s the only one I found on Amazon that has the lines running horizontally. Minor, but all others run vertically (have sharper ends / not as aesthetically pleasing...). Other than that fun fact... It’s really sturdy! I have it jam packed with soap bottles and have had ZERO problems with it falling off/coming unstuck! I liked it so much that I purchased a second one as well! It comes with an extra clear square stick ‘em thing in case you have any issues with the other two.. such as dropping it on something making it loose it’s adhesive properties, or if you install the original two and one is crooked so you jack it up while attempting install.. lol I will say, it’s kind of tricky to get your hands in the basket to put the stickers in their place. I opted to attach the stickers to the basket and remove their backings and install both at the same time. For one, it helped with precise placement so as to not have one sticker on a crack and to make sure it was (again..) aesthetically pleasing lol. It might have been easier if I had a second person helping, or if I somehow marked precisely where the top of the stickers should sit prior to removing their backing. *NOTE* This corner shelf doesn’t come with instructions / directions.. But I’ve installed several other shower shelves so I had previous experience and knew wth I was to do... btw - it’s CRUCIAL to clean the surface (shower wall) prior to sticking the stickers on! I scrubbed my shower with comet and a sponge and rinsed, let it dry, then took a paper towel with rubbing alcohol to wipe the precise location where I was going to mount it. Having a clean surface ensures the stability as well as longevity of shower shelves and simply wiping it with a rag will not do! Showers have a lot of built up “scum”/gunk from all the soap residue that builds up over time. So first step - clean your damn shower! 😝 I would LOVE if the company had hooks for razors / wash cloths / scrubbies that we could buy separately to add on as needed..
