After buying one for my oldest daughter a year ago and it still looks new and works as it should, I had to buy one for my youngest daughter this year. To me, these bags seem to be well made and are more durable than bags found in stores. I highly recommend these. There are pockets in the inside that hold all of there little things for school. I love it so much. I bought it for school and already used it so much. The fabric is soft and the arm pads and back are very comfortable. the backpack stands upright a little too well XD it fits a lot of stuff and has nice pockets. I've already had a friend try to jokingly steal it because it was so cute. the zipper is a little difficult every once in a while but it still works perfectly fine.
