So far so good! Almost exact factory replicas. I say almost exact because the factory ones were mounted at the factory with little tendrils. I will update if they don't hold up, but they feel like the same material, feel and texture the same. Once you get the old ones off, and those can give you some grief, the hat extends all the way under to the shaft, so you need a hook tool or something to get under there and keep pressure on it as you slowly release it around, and even then as you do that the little tendrils will hold so you kind of got to keep pulling until they pop loose! Installation of the new ones are easy, just slip over a corner and work it around. I am using these for a ps4 controller that got sticky thumbsticks over time and a 8bitDo Pro 2, they work great on both. The 8bitDo controller in particular is better than stock with the new covers, very satisfied. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Day 1 review: In the picture the left one is the replacement and the right is the original. I just installed it and the quality and grip feel very solid. Not loose at all. Before getting it I had my doubts because the original goes within the holes in the joystick and this replacement doesn't even have the shape to fit into the holes, but once installed it is even hard to notice this is a replacement. Regarding how this is different to the original, this one feels harder and with less texture, but not sure if that is a good or bad thing. At least while playing I don't feel any discomfort in comparison with the original. Again, this is a day 1 review, if in the future I feel the quality degrades more than it should I'll come back to update the review. Read more
