The first one I received the plastic top piece had cracks in. When I tried to unlatch it to see if anything else was broken; the top completely broke into several pieces. Received a replacement within a few days and everything was fine and is very easy to use and clean. Very satisfied. Read more

I like the strength of this juicer and the fast speed. The way it breaks down the fruit pieces is just amazing. I will just suggest to make sure the cup in the outside area is well adjusted so the spout where the juice de come out doesn't spill out of the cup. We got this juicer with high hopes, but I am highly disappointed. I have used it about five times and each time it just makes a complete mess.
