I got mine in April 2023 and it still works great! I make all types of juices multiple times a month. It great and gets the job done! Depending on how much you are juicing, you may need to empty the pulp out. But for me, it's not much of an inconvenience. Clean up is easy and stores away easy for when I need it! Design is flawed, meant for only soft fruits. The machine uses perfectly spaced pieces inside while running. If you are juicing ginger root and or any tough fruits using the presser the company provides, or if a piece of tough fruit gets lodged while the machine is spinning, this will alter the spacing and soon you have chunks of plastic missing inside your juicer. This is not good for many reasons, the biggest being no one wants to drink plastic. This machine may do well for oranges, apples and melons but do not juice carrots, ginger or anything tough or fibrous. Read more
