Potentially very helpful
I'm getting to that age where I'm noticing, erm, differences, so I thought, what can this hurt? I don't deal with pain because of it, but I do deal with discomfort, so hopefully these will bring some relief. So far so good on these capsules. You take one in the morning and one at night. They are easy to swallow with a slight medicinal smell that I could only smell because I was trying to do. The gelatin capsules are tasteless, and they don't "revisit" you later. It's a little too soon to fully try out their effectiveness, but I do feel a bit different. If that's only after three days, I really have high hopes for further gains in effectiveness. It costs $26 for a bottle of 60, so you're paying $26 a month (at time of review). This is a small amount for potentially big gains, so I consider it a good value. Read more
