I cannot do eyeliner without a stamp, and this brand is the best. I can apply it at 8am, wear it all day, cry, swim, and sleep in it, and by 8am the next day, it's still on my eyes. It's a solid, dark black. It dries very quickly, so if you make a mistake, you must be quick to fix it.
