Good quality, covers good area
This works well. I was jump-roping without it on concrete and it would leave my feet and ankles sore for a day plus. Using this, I no longer experience anymore pain or fatigue beyond the expected workout "strain". It works well outside on concrete, as well as indoors. I don't particularly follow the graphics on the pad and just go with what feels comfortable. For the price, I feel it could've been just a tiny bit thicker but thats just me. Otherwise, this works very well for jump-roping and can double as a mat when lifting and putting down weights to protect the floor/make less noise. Overall, it covers a nice area, plenty for jumping, rolls up fairly easily and brings a travel bag with a strap should you need to travel with it. Mine stays put so I don't intend to use it for that purpose. I've used it for a few months now and it’s held up well so far. Read more
