I loved this automatic coffee machine for home usage. Easy to install, hassle free and works well. I've heard about this product earlier and now I'm using it. Happy to share that liking so far! Read more
I am deeply disappointed with our experience purchasing the Jura ENA 4 coffee machine, which, at over $1,000, should deliver exceptional quality and support. As avid coffee lovers who cherish our Jura Impressa J9 for its strong, delicious brews from freshly ground beans, we chose the ENA 4 as a slightly more affordable option for our second home. Unfortunately, this machine fell far short of our expectations in both performance and the purchasing experience. The unit arrived defective and unusable, requiring a warranty replacement. While Jura’s warranty process was a breeze—prompt, helpful, and easy to navigate—the initial purchase experience with the Amazon seller, Everything Kitchens, was frustratingly DISMAL. Their customer service lacked the empathy or urgency one expects when dealing with a faulty, high-end product. It’s truly disheartening that a seller handling premium coffee machines couldn’t provide the level of support we deserved, especially for such an expensive purchase. Once we received the replacement machine from Jura, we were hopeful, but the coffee quality was consistently subpar. Despite using the same high-quality beans as with our J9 and following the instructions carefully, the brews were weak and lacked the rich, satisfying flavor we expected. This was a stark contrast to the robust coffee our J9 delivers, making the ENA 4 feel like a regrettable compromise. Additionally, I believe return policies for such costly items should be more consumer-friendly. The 30-day return window should not start until the buyer receives a functional product, as delays in shipping and warranty processes can unfairly limit resolution options. Overall, while Jura’s warranty team was exemplary, I cannot recommend the Jura ENA 4 due to its disappointing coffee quality, and I certainly don't recommend purchasing from Everything Kitchens as a seller, given their poor customer service. For a machine priced over $1,000, we expected—and deserved—far better. Read more
Would purchase this again 1000 times over. It’s the best coffee I’ve ever owned. It’s worth every penny and I never purchase coffee out unless I’m traveling! I can make all my coffee drinks at home. Expensive but honestly worth it! Read more
It’s a good machine for making just espresso no milk based drinks. Getting the strength of the brew to the right intensity takes time. But easy to use and clean…bought it to replace Miele which had stopped working after 8 years. We took a chance on the Jura and it’s good.. Read more
I have owned and loved a Jura ENA 9 for 15 years and my review compares the two in three key areas and then one final most important area. 1) The digital display of the ENA 4 is not as simple to understand as that of the ENA 9. ENA 4 uses symbols which my household does not find obvious; ENA 9 uses words we all understand. 2) The location and design of the water container of the ENA 4 is a massive improvement over that of the ENA 9. 3) Maintenance is pretty much the same (ignoring the need to remember using the correct sequence of symbols vs. simple word instructions) Now the most important comparison: ENA 4 doesn't brew nearly as satisfying of an 8 oz cup of coffee as the ENA 9. Despite using the same coffee beans and same filtered water, rven on the strongest brew setting and after adjusting the grind multiple times, the coffee from the ENA 4 is not strong enough nor does it have enough satisfying crema as compared to a cup from the ENA 9. I purchased the ENA 4 because my beloved ENA 9 had developed some glitches and I figured after 15 years, it was time to retire it before it stopped working completely. Though the ENA 4 will likely be fine for many, at its price ($1,199.99 at the time of my review), I'm disappointed and I give it 3* (It's Okay). Read more

Absolutely love this coffee maker so far. I’ve had it about 90 days and it makes an awesome cup of coffee. Pretty straight forward and somewhat customizable. Easy to clean and easy to use. It makes coffee pretty quick. The water tray does fill up extremely fast so I had to get in the habit of emptying it every morning. I tended to forget about that short cleaning cycle when it automatically turns off. With that little tweak, mornings have been very nice with coffee house quality coffee. Read more
