Again, who knew I would write a review for frozen chicken? These are absolutely delish! I am not saying that because I am lazy and more of a "can that be in an air fryer" kind of gal now. But Just Bare has figured out a way to make frozen breaded chicken wonderfully addicting. The spiciness level isn't really spicy tho. Please note, however, that I am Asian. With that said, our version of spicy is probably not the same for most. You can tell there is al little bit of spice in there which makes this great especially when you are in a rush and want to pretend you are watching your portions. Pop 8 of them in the air fryer, walk away, do what your want to do for 15 or so... then come back to enjoy it. The downside: Amazon Fresh, as great of a service as it may be, is a hit or miss with frozen and refrigerated items. That is more of a warehouse and delivery issue. Although I prefer to eat only organic chicken, organic nuggets are outrageously overpriced -well, so are decent quality regular nuggets. So, with that in mind, I will say that these are reasonably good quality and taste good. So many economy priced nuggets on the market are absolutely trash/garbage/trash and you should not put that in your body or give it to your kids. These are spicy -not hot hot -but more medium spice that has some kick without too much heat. So, most people will be able to enjoy these; however, I would imagine they are too spicy for very young children. The spice and breading have a decent flavor and texture without being overpowering. I did not find them overly greasy, so that was also good. These nuggets are all different shapes and sizes because they are real chicken breast pieces instead of typical franken nuggets that are overly processed. Another plus. While I can't bring myself to recommend non-organic chicken on the whole, food and everything else is insanely more expensive these days while salaries remain mostly the same. So, it isn't practical for most of us to buy everything organic. If you are just craving chicken nuggets and don't want to break the bank buying organic, these are a good option as they contain no antibiotics/preservatives/additives. They are fine for an occasional treat. Personally, I'd rather eat chicken less frequently and pay more for organic chicken breasts when I do opt to eat chicken. Still, I admit these are a reasonable/better option for non-organic than most brands. Read more
