This is such a soft tank top! It has a little bit of spandex in it, making it soft and flowy, but not so much spandex that it is tight or clingy. My body is not as shapely as the model in the description, and it hangs on me instead of strapping me in. I ordered an XL. The weight of the fabric is good and is about as expected. Not too heavy or too light. The lace trim around the neckline is a nice detail, and the lace is a good quality, as is the material the tank top is made out of. It is soft and not scratchy or itchy, as some lace edges can be. It is easily machine washable and I dried it in my dryer. I washed it with like colors and dark colors, so I do not know if the color ran at all when it was washed. Some red dyes can wash out with the first few washings, so I always wash new red clothes with other red clothes or black clothes. I wouldn't take the chance and wash it the first time with white clothes, although with this type of fabric, I doubt the color would run. It is a great tank top for my wardrobe. I wear these tanks by themselves in the summer all the time, and I wear them layered under button-down tops in the winter. So my tank tops get a lot of wear, and this will be one of my favorites. I’m always looking for comfortable options to wear under a sweater or blazer for work. I like the feminine detail of the lace on this top, while not sacrificing the soft fabric of the body of it. It may work better on a smaller chested person, as I was getting some pretty serious gaps under my arms. I definitely could not wear this out without something over it. It says hand wash… that’s not gonna happen, but I washed it, gentle cycle, and hang dried to get the packing lines out. This tank top is just beautiful while still being plain enough to be versatile. I live the material. It's light and buttery soft. The lace detail is not scratchy and sets it apart from boring tank tops. I should wear a medium top but I'm blessed in the bosom area. I don't like tight fits and I don't like to be hot. I ordered a large so isn't form fitting. It's a little long under the arms but I have seen worse. The length is great for leggings or jeans. I'm a grannie so my days of wearing crop tops are over. Even with all that, the top is light. I live in Florida so on hot muggy days, I just don't want a lot of coverage and I don't want it sticking to me. This top fits the bill. It washed well and there are no open seams or loose threads. For me the price is great. The colors are pretty too though I ordered black. This is a lightweight camisole style tank top. The lace trim jazzes it up a bit which is nice. It's silky soft so will layer nicely. I'm between a large and extra large, so sometimes struggle finding items to fit properly. This top falls in that category, as it fits perfectly everywhere except under my arms where it gaps a bit. The large probably would fit better. The length is a bit on the long side as well. Read more
