I recently purchased this to use primarily on my nightstand. We have our iPad set up on it to keep an eye on our baby monitor feed while he's sleeping. It's been really practical for this specific use. The main things I was looking for were stability and being able to angle the iPad just right, and this stand delivers on both fronts. When it's completely folded down, the dimensions are roughly 5.35 inches by 5.78 inches, and it's about 1.85 inches thick, so it doesn't take up a ton of space if you do need to pack it away. The slot where the tablet sits is about 0.75 inches wide, and you can get the tablet screen up to about 3.4 inches off the table surface. Summary: Overall, a dependable and nicely adjustable stand that’s become essential for our baby monitoring setup using the iPad. Pros: The range of viewing angles you can set is a big plus for me; it’s easy to get it just right whether I’m sitting up or lying down. It’s genuinely useful that it can adjust to fit different tablet sizes (they say 4 to 14 inches). Our iPad feels quite secure. No wobbling at all – it feels really stable on the nightstand, even with the iPad in place. The aluminum construction gives it a solid, quality feel that I appreciate. Cons: Adjusting the joint tightness requires a little Allen wrench. It comes with one, but I can already tell I’m going to misplace it sooner or later. The main stand is aluminum, which is great, but the part that actually grips the tablet is plastic. It seems fine for now, but I do find myself wondering how that plastic will hold up over time compared to the metal parts. Read more

My wife is handicapped and uses her iPad with a head stylus. Her neck was hurting because of the angle she had to hold it. Other stands were flimsy of the iPad moved around when she played her games on it. This one solved those problems. A solid unit. She's been using it for about 2 weeks and is very happy with it. Nice build quality. Firmly holds the iPad in place and doesn't "wiggle" when in use. Read more

I love this stand. It’s so much nicer than the one I had before. It’s lightweight but solid and stores the adjustment tool in the base. Great purchase. Read more

Perfect size for an iPad Mini. Very sturdy and easy to reposition once the socket screws are set to the right torque. Still going strong after 3 months of use! Read more

Yes!!! I’ve been looking for the perfect stand for my iPad for when I’m in the kitchen and one that also looks nice in my kitchen . This one is sleek and really nice looking. Very sturdy and doesn’t fall over. Only thing for me is that it It’s a little hard to place your iPad on the stand because you need both hands to pull it apart and then place your iPad on it. All of them that I’m very happy with my purchase! Read more

This is exactly what I was looking for - a stand for my e-readers that I can put on a side table, especially when laying in bed. I have a remote page turner, so paired with the stand, perfection! In my photos I have my Kobo Clara Colour - which is smaller than my Kindle Paperwhite and it fits well. I even left the cover on. The stand seems to be secure. It can collapse down for portability. It is a little heavy, but I like that, my cats can’t easily knock it over 🤣. I love that the Allen key that’s included is stored in the base, I don’t have to worry about losing it. I can comfortably recommend it for the manner in which I’m using it. I’m sure an iPad mini would be good in it. I’m not sure if I would use it with my larger iPad Air Pro, but that’s just because it’s not the reason I bought it. Read more
