I ordered this mount for a home kiosk running Home Assistant, and it worked perfectly! It holds onto my iPad very tightly with no worries of it slipping or falling. Now, when in the kitchen I can use it for recipes, videos, web searching, handling my recycling, timers, and shopping list. It looks very nice and makes my home feel a lot "smarter." While it holds the tablet very tightly, it's still fairly easy to take out of the clamps by just pulling one side. The only issue I've run into so far is when opening my cabinet, I have to pull the clamp down a bit or it will collide. I do wish it was a little lower down or height-adjustable, but this is very a large tablet (you can see a standard air fryer behind it for reference). Overall, I'm very happy with this. I have been searching for a solution for this setup for a while now, and this is perfect! The build quality seems very durable, but I will update my review if any issues arise in the future. This is a sturdy tablet holder that has some movement limitations but it's designed for one type of use so I can't fault them for that. It mounts only as a hanging clamp off the back so I can't swivel it around and mount it another way because it's screwed together to mount that way, it's just something I would have liked to have an option for. I suppose if I really wanted to, I could unscrew the mounting ball arm and change it around, but I think I'll just leave it as is. Like I said though it is really sturdy, and all the parts are heavy duty. I have had zero issues getting it to hold even my heaviest tablet securely on many surfaces. As long as you tighten the clamp and the ring around the arm down it's not going to droop or budge at all. It's one of the best tablet clamps I own so far. Read more
