Great value and very functional - !!
The media could not be loaded. For $7 you really can't go wrong. I bought a similar set about a year for about the same price and there were barely any tools in the set and they all broke after the first use. These tools are a very good set for the money. I was able to disassemble my macbook pro, and was pleasantly surprised when I went to teardown a kindle that the plastic pry tools didn't break as I would have expected with the amount of force I needed to use. The plastic spudger tools safely pry open housings without damage - there are a variety of thicknesses in these tools so if one doesn't fit you can try a thinner one and then use the thicker to complete. You also have the ability to put one in place after prying open a little and then get another in place to give yourself more leverage. .Another pleasant surprise was that the tips of the screw-drivers & torx tools were slightly magnetic so the screws don't get dropped easily and stay put as you go to screw them in. These are non-ratcheting screwdriver but all the driver tools are easy to operate one-handed with their smoothly spinning endcaps which allow. you to apply constant pressure while turning. i do with the enclosure was more than the flimsy plastic -I am pretty sure most of these tools will quickly wind up in a pouch with some of my other tools because I don't think the case will last long at all. It seems like a display case not an actual storage case. These tools are only $5-$10 depending on where you get them -so they aren't meant to be lifelong tools. For their price they are great and served my purposes but are probably not a good buy for a shop that might be suing them on a daily basis. For the occasional repair job they will get the job done and the tweezers and plastic spatulas are of great quality. I am happy with my purchase and consider them an excellent value for the money!
