One of my all-time favorite tops for trail-runs/hikes/dog-walks - or just lounging. It is light-weight enough to provide sun protection on warm SoCal days, but the wool makes it warm enough to serve as a baselayer on cool days/evenings (it doesn't add much bulk, so it can be worn comfortably under a vest/fleece, heavier layer).
