Holy wow
I was looking for a suitable replacement for my power outage standby lights. They are basically night lights that run on batteries that charge until the power is lost. They started to fail after maybe 20 minutes which would be a very short outage. When I opened the light up I found this AAA sealed pack with soldered wires to a PCB (doesn't scare me). I hunted around for something the same profile as the one in there but stronger and gradually worked my way up to this pack at 1000mAh! From 200mAH! That's 5x times longer light than before and when the 200mAH was working good it was running maybe 3 hours. I would then turn it on and off as needed to do things to save battery after that point. I may not even have to operate in such a way with this battery pack inside. When power is lost again I'll try and update this. However, if the written rating is the truth I am very happy with my purchase. Read more
