I bought a small house that came with a black plastic edged hallway mirror. I liked the idea of a decent sized mirror, but the black plastic edging on this oval mirror screamed "dollar store" low budget quality. This Amazon mirror looks expensive and high quality. I believe the width of the frame helps with the quality impression. The bevel mirror edge too. It looks much higher end than the purchase price. Really like the dark color with the undertone of bronze/copper color which is very, very subtle and really adds to the bronze beading along the frame.
