I've purchased 2 sets of these Lenox Kate Spade Highball glasses to match a set I purchased in mexico years ago. These are absolutely beautiful and have a balanced heavy weight and feel to them. They have held up very well over the years and given I have a marble coffee table, ceramic sink, and the tendancy to chip lesser quality glassware. I am continually surprised I havent done the same to them. The quality of these highball glasses is noticable from the feel of the glass itself to vibrant swirls of blue throughout. They are also dishwasher safe! Bonus! I experienced fast shipping and they where in the original packaging which had not been tampered with. This is a set of two Kate Spade highball glasses. There’s no mistaking them for run-of-the-mill bar glasses one might find at a big box or discount store. These are special, worthy of gifting to your most discerning and refined friends and family. Although it’s not mentioned in the description, the glasses have distinguishing features that lead me to believe they are hand blown. For one, there is the incorporated blue glass swirl. In addition, they are heavy with thick sides, stacked bottoms and rims that are rolled and polished. The glasses epitomize high quality and have a style that’s both elegant and versatile. These are a generous size and look so good so they are great for decor and for drinking. That's the combination I want. The blue stands out so much. They arrived in perfect condition and if you love royal blue, you'll love these glasses. They aren't super heavy or too light weight. The price point is adequate for what you get. High quality, lovely design but… The design is generic, neither masculine or feminine and it is lovely...slightly modern with clean lines of blue. The glass itself is heavy, very heavy. I vacillate between whether the heaviness of the crystal is a sign of exceptional quality of a glass that will last, or just a very heavy glass. It comes with lovely packaging in a pink box. So this is not something that I would give to a guy, yet it is definitely not feminine...it’s just too heavy. So although I am not debating that this glass is high-quality and attractive looking, I am torn over the weight of the glass and feel it is a bit excessive there for one star off for excessive weight. I love these glasses--the only thing that's a little odd is that they only come in a set of two, so I'm not entirely sure how to use them. But they're thick and pretty heavy glasses. You can see the blue stripes embedded in the glass inside each glass. They're really high quality and one of my favorites to use. They're just as pictured! Read more

The blue stripes on these glasses are actually one long spiral moving from bottom to top in a slightly widening path. It adds interest to these 16 ounce glasses. The glasses are heavily weighted which makes them much less likely to tip and sturdily thick. (I once knocked a thinner glass on my foot. It shattered and cut an artery.)
