Over the past few months, I've been refreshing all the pillows in my house. Only a few pillows have stayed - ones that I bought probably 15-20 years ago that I have washed. One is a nice down/feather pillow, and the rest are old Ralph Lauren or other branded pillows that I probably got at a discount store. They're just comfy. This pillow is like the old designer pillows you used to be able to get in the 90s, and 2000s that were still made in the USA. I have seen people online asking where they can get pillows like them - a lot were made by a company based in Florida. I don't remember all my research, but the company is still in existence, but has merged into other brands, and I don't recall if their products are still made domestically or not. Anyway, all this to say that this pillow is very much like what most of us older Americans are used to. Lots of fairly firm stuffing giving good loft to the pillow. Most of the pillows I've been purchasing have been made in China, and, while some are very nice, others either don't fluff up, or fluff up only after es expending all kinds of efforts. Not so with this pillow - it comes fully fluffed and ready to go. Tag says made in USA but the casement/covering is made of fabric imported from China. It has a bit of an odor that might need to be off-gassed for sensitive people, but I just put it in pillow case and used it immediately. I love it. Of the seven different varieties of bed pillow that I have ordered from Amazon, this is my favorite. But I'll also say it's probably mostly for side and back sleepers. It's pretty full for a stomach sleeper. The cover is really nice - pretty and good quality. I'm very happy with this pillow. The price seems a bit high, but it is Kate Spade. Read more

Very unimpressed with this seemingly basic pillow. The batting inside feels like typical (budget) pillow fluff. The outside, which looks nice with the satin-y stripes and embroidered wording, has a fairly lower thread count than I prefer, and isn't as soft as my sheets or pillow cases. I didn't notice any cooling effect, (although I believe you are supposed to sleep on this pillow without a case on it in order to achieve any cooling effects from it), but I did wake up with a sore neck! I really was surprised since the pillow felt fine enough, thickness wise, while laying my head on it and it only squished down enough to feel comfy (and not flat). It's likely that it's too filled and thus I ended up with a crick. Either way, I was not too happy with this pillow. True, I'm a sheets snob, and my sheets and cases are typically over 600 thread count.. so this pillow definitely didn't pass that requirement, but I was really surprised that even with my pillowcase on I could still feel the abrasiveness of the pillow. The pillow is relatively cheap, though, as far as pillows go, but reminds me of all the other average pillows in this price range and was really unimpressive in my opinion. Read more

Quality as expected from the Kate Spade brand. This is an attractive pillow with a added touch of embroidery on one side. You only get a peak at that when changing your pillowcase but it's still a nice touch. The 300-thread count is nice too but once again, who sleeps on a pillow without a case? This pillow has an air of quality about it. I loved that it didn't have a terrible chemical small that I had to air out for days, who wants to sleep on all those chemicals. This pillows lack of that eased my mind. I like that this pillow is designed for all sleep positions because I use them all during the night. It is firm but plush and I can feel a little cooling, but I expected more for an "ultra cooling" pillow. It is a very nice pillow. Read more

I am fairly happy with this pillow. I tend to get hot at night and constantly turn my pillow to the cool side through the night. This pillow stays cooler longer than most other pillows I've tried, though it does eventually get warm just like the rest. It’s a good balance between supportive and plush, cradling my head just right without being too firm. Here are a few pros and cons: Pros: - This pillow's cooling and moisture-wicking materials will keep you cooler throughout the night, making it a good option for hot sleepers. - It offers a balanced level of support and firmness which is ideal for back and side sleepers. - The price of this pillow is more budget-friendly compared to premium cooling pillows, which often cost $100 or more. Cons: - The pillow is medium-firm, which may not be ideal for those who prefer extra-firm support. - While it does have cooling properties, it may not perform as well as higher-end pillows with advanced materials. The Kate Spade pillow offers good value for those seeking affordable cooling technology without breaking the bank. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who values comfort, style, and a cool night’s sleep! Read more

The media could not be loaded. My wife is incredibly picky about her pillows. It is painful going to the box store to look for pillows. This showed up on Vine so I told her to try it. We found a winner. The first night she slept better than she has for a while. She said she barely moved the entire night. Nice construction, a bit of off-gas, but we set out without a cover for a couple days and it went away. Winner winner. Read more
