This is a matcha latte mix, not just matcha powder. Just heat the water and mix. If you prefer iced lattes, just pour it over ice cubes afterwards. I liked the creamy flavor, and if you want a more intense matcha flavor you can add extra matcha powder. Super easy to use, and great for when you're in a hurry. No complaints. Read more

I'm not ashamed to admit that I actually enjoyed this. I have a feeling that it might have something to do with the powdered Hokkaido milk. I still prepare this in a chawan with a chasen and it froths beautifully. The color also comes out bright and vibrant as well. The suggested portions kind of throw me off though. One bag contains 150 grams of powder but it's suggested that one portion contains 20 grams. I can't see anyone following those guidelines having this product in their possession for too long before it's all gone. I really liked this so I thought I would spread it out to last longer by incorporating my own matcha powder and cutting down the portions of this latte mix. One of these bags cost about 20 dollars which is around the same ballpark as some 30 gram matcha powder of okayish quality. In terms of quality, the 20 dollars is something I'd be willing to continue paying but only assuming that I'd use this in tandem with another matcha I already own. I could never pay 20 dollars for something I'd only get to experience a few servings of :,) But to each their own. Read more
