I wanted to wait until I had been using these for a few weeks before doing my review. I have now been using them consistently for almost 6 weeks and I am extremely glad I stuck with buying them. I had read some reviews regarding weird taste, or hard to chew. I did not have any issues with taste nor texture. They have a very mild sweet taste to them, and are very easy to chew. I bought the 1000 mg gummies several times. They were a bit tough to chew, but the berry flavor was fine, and who knows if they worked, but I liked the idea of taking collagen supplements. I re-ordered from the same link and got a different product. At first I only noticed, upon eating some gummies, that the flavor had changed to orange, but then I checked Q&A section of the product page and realized they had gone from 1000 to 200mg, and only half the marketing materials and descriptions on their webpage were updated. I wrote, requesting that they make this right (my invoice clearly stated 1000 mg), and they responded I needed to return the product to recieve a refund. I'm suspicous of any company that 1. pulls a bait-and-switch like this, either due to shiftiness or carelessness and then 2. wants me to return an opened food product. Will be avoiding this vendor. Lousy product, tastes bad, too hard to even chew - probably because it was only 2 months from expiration date. I returned it for a new replacement, got the exact same thing back. Don't order this brand, you will not be happy. Read more
I ordered the bottle that is advertised as containing 1000mg of collagen in 60 gummies. I received a bottle with 60 gummies, but only 200mg of collagen per serving. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until we had already opened the bottle. The lid was impossible for me or my boyfriend to remove, so we ended up cutting it open. The smell is pretty unappealing, but the taste and texture are fine. I’ll finish the bottle but definitely won’t be ordering it again. Read more
I wanted to try these for the skin and joint benefits. I have knee issues from overuse, and I’ve only been taking them for a month, but I do feel like there’s been a slight improvement in that area. As far as skin benefits, I haven’t really noticed anything yet. Gonna keep taking them and see what happens. The taste and texture are good- a little chewy but not at all hard to chew. Read more
UPDATE: It took me a week to get used to the taste. Not bad. No issues. Will definitely order them again! They are not extremely delicious or soft, but if you can get over the first three seconds and keep chewing they get more tolerable. I’m sticking with these gummies despite their lack of “candy quality” because they seem to offer the most for the price. They are not candy after all.
