This makes a fine cup of coffee or espresso, but the design of the controls is awkward. In particular, since we have it on the counter under some cabinets, it is hard to see which way to turn the dial for brew vs. steam. I expect we will eventually get used to that. More of a problem is that the light that shows it is turned on is behind the brew/steam control, so you can't easily see it. Both my wife and I frequently leave it on by accident after using it. The light would have been much better placed on the front of the machine. Read more
