I waited a couple months to write a review. At 1st it was confusing for me. I have not owned a sophisticated expresso machine before. Just the small cheaper ones. The troubleshooting book was helpful to figure out what I was doing wrong. Overall this is a great expresso machine. The touch screen works effortlessly. It froths milk very nicely. And gives great expresso. What is helpful is to have coffee grind at the right size and to buy a puck for the top of the expresso cups. It seems to help extract much better expresso. Fits just right on the limited counter space I have. Over all worth the money for this. Read more
The media could not be loaded. We must’ve received a dud. There is a flow issue through the coffee portion, but works fine getting water to the wand. The espresso setting produces less than an ounce, the double espresso is less than an ounce each and the americano produces less than 3 oz. We have tried all of the trouble shooting, adjusted how tight the espresso beans were packed but also beyond the amount coming out, this machine is terribly noisy. It vibrates so badly we need to hold the two espresso shot cups on the platform. The water chamber top doesn’t securely close so that adds to the noise. I’m very sadly disappointed, I was so excited for this. Read more

Bought this so I could start making my coffee at home. It’s small which I love because I don’t have a ton of space in my kitchen. Instructions are pretty straight forward for the coffee part. I appreciate it came with a single shot and double shot cup. It brews the perfect little cup of espresso. I haven’t tried the americano option just yet. My biggest issue is how loud the steaming wand is and there isn’t a ton of instructions on how to use that. I’m sure I will get it eventually. It’s very easy to clean. Read more
