Solid performing shoe. Slightly long and very slightly narrower than I'd like at the ball of foot, but otherwise excellent. Great styling. Light yet durable. Good tread and soft sole. These polish to an amazing shine. Lift is about 3/4 of an inch. Nice comfy dress shoes. Read more

These black Kenneth Cole Reaction men’s dress shoes are the best of both worlds. They are dressy and stylish while offering stability and comfort. I ordered the size 11 shoe which is what I normally wear in running shoes. I order a wide in work boots but, took a gamble on these fitting in regular width. Well, they have a narrow look to the style however, they fit true to size. They fit me perfectly. They are comfortable in the length and width. I like that they have the adjustable buckle strap incase you want to make them a little looser or tighter across the top of the foot. The heel is a good height and the soles don’t slide on slick floors. The insole is comfortable as well. The workmanship is very nice. They are made of faux leather however, the attention to detail is superb. These shoes look as good as they feel. I won’t be wearing these daily but, I like knowing that when I have a more formal occasion, I have good looking shoes that are comfortable to stand, walk and dance in. The style and quality make these Kenneth Cole shoes a good value. Read more

I was worried that these shoes were going to be heavy, loud, and stiff, like traditional dress shoes. But they are not. They are light, flexible and pretty comfortable. They still took an extended break-in period, only being able to tolerate wearing them for an hour at a time for the first ten times I wore them. These are not intended to be slip-on shoes. The strap is functional and designed to cinch to the shoe to your foot. However, I leave the strap in the loosest setting and can use it as a slip-on. Sizing is as expected. My feet are 13 narrow, so shoes like Nike, fit perfect in size 13. But dress shoes tend to run wide, so I can frequently fit into a size 12. Since I wasn't trying these on in a store, I ordered them in 13. And they fit loose on my narrow feet. I could probably fit into a 12 in this shoe.
