Not only do the form, function, and classic style seem to mesh seamlessly together, but there are even more surprises in store with their level of attention to craftsmanship. You might feel comfortable wearing these to a wedding, Bar Mitzvah, or a nice dinner at a fancy restaurant. These shoes aren't as restricting as they might seem, they won't make your feet sweaty and might even notice a cool breeze running between your toes as the night wears on. Try not to let your friends and family in on the secret though, keep their curiosity piqued as to what that clip-clopping sound might be as you begin to stroll away from the restaurant together. Is it a horse passing on the street perhaps? No, but of course you now know it's the front of your sole distinctly coming loose. Though you attempt to walk at a leisurely pace trying to ensure that the rest of the tacky glue doesn't lose its grip, as your companions jaunt further ahead you have no choice but to jog to keep up. Just as they all turn around to beckon you onward, your foot jerks forward too sharply and the rest of the sole comes flying off into the air to tumble haphazardly right before them. You had no idea when you bought these shoes how much they would impress everyone; they all begin to giggle in delight! You certainly never expected them to transform you into a great entertainer akin to a stereotypical vaudeville vagabond hobo, or even dare I say as masterful as Charlie Chaplin himself in The Tramp! You know your friends and family will remember this moment always and certainly never let you forget it. 2-stars is the average I gave. For two different matters, I give different stars below: 1) For looks, style, and materials the shoes are definitely 5-stars. 2) For comfort, I give only 1-star (I can go for 0-star here, if there was such a thing). You see, these shoes are extremely narrow and long. I ordered size 11. I usually wear size 10.5; sometimes I can even wear size 10. But these shoes are very difficult to get into due to their exceptionally narrow width. After forcing my feet in them, the shoes feel very tight and very uncomfortable. Strangely, they are also too long. There is an inch of empty space in front of my toes. So here is the deal: if you have very narrow feet, go for it: they are a great buy! But if you have normal feet, you won't like these shoes. If your feet are wider than average, then totally forget these shoes. Read more

These shoes are classy and comfortable. That, to me, is a winning combination! They did really well with the sizing. It's accurate even with socks. There is also some cushion in the foot bed to help with foot fatigue, so I noticed that they can be worn for a long time without discomfort. That's not to take away that they will need to be broken into like any dress shoe. I definitely recommend these shoes because they can be worn for just about any occasion, and they have a good grip on the soles to help prevent slipping. You can't lose with these! Read more

These shoes are good. They’re comfortable so far and seem to be holding up to wear a couple times a week. They look stylish and I like the orange-ish brown color. The laces are quality and the grips are grippy. They’ve got a slight stretchy line below the laces that let you slide them on and off a bit easier as well. They’re a little stuffier than some of my other dress shoes, but not enough to remove a star. Read more
