The remote control doesn't work, it has some lights on it but doesn't send any signal and commands to the bidet seat. The positions of the wand for female sprayer and the butt sprayer are the same but 2 different holes. Normally, for the female sprayer, the wand sticks out much more to the front. Not in this case. You can control the position of the wand forward and back but it should be automatically programmed like other brands have. Just after installation, the bidet seat was constantly beeping every 30 seconds. I had to unplug it for the night because we couldn't fall asleep hearing constant beeping. After the 3 day, the beeping stopped. Also, the included water hose adapter couldn't be used because it was leaking from the bottom when I attached a flexible water supply hose to it. I tightened the hose all the way but it was still loose. I had to go with a different fittings on my own (3/8" compression x 3/8" compression tee fitting and other adapters. I am the plumber and installed hundreds of bidet toilet seats. Other ones were easier and less problematic. I decided to order the same one to check it out and guess what ..... the same problems. The remote is not controlling the bidet seat at all, female wand position the same as butt sprayer, the hose connector is leaking from the same spot. The Chinese adapter is not so perfectly made. I spend some time to solve the problem with a remote control to find out if it was it me or a controller. And it turns out that it is the controller. I ended up returning one bidet seat and keeping the second because my toilet is a rectangular toilet with a rectangular toilet seat and there is not many options to choose from for a rectangular seat. I don't care about the remote controller because I use a control panel which is attached permanently to the seat. The owners manual/ installation manual has some misinterpreting mistakes (wrong translation). The customer service phone number is included but ..... for China - good luck calling them. Read more

I like the square-shaped toilet seats that fit my toilets perfectly! I bought two of them. This product works very well and I like the high tech look and feel. The only problem I had during the installation was the pipe connector that came with the seat didn't fit with my house's pipe outlet. I had to drive to the hardware store to make a custom adaptor to make it work. My recommendation to the manufacture is to test the product in U.S. houses and provide a standard pipe connector. This will give a good plug-and-play customer experience! Hope I will see the good connector in my next purchase. Read more
