I got this because I was going to have low back surgery and I thought it would be helpful. I thought having a remote for it was pretty funny, but hey - what the hell, right? First bidet I've ever tried. Well, I was right about it helping. Twisting after back surgery is painful and difficult. This fixed that problem. If you look, you'll see that the main control is on the side. Having the remote means I don't even have to mess with that! So, just for the ease of use, it gets the 5 stars. Installation was easy and the instructions were too. The water can be made hotter than I'd like, so that's a plus. The controls on the remote are easy to understand and the light in the bidet is a great thing in the dark. Since it's winter in MN, a heated seat is a fine thing too! And yes, it gets the job done. If I had a gripe, and it's a minor one, the hole is smaller than I'm used to and has taken awhile to get used to. I recommend this bidet. Read more

Got this to replace an old bidet unit that broke. East to install and go except the fitting size required me to go buy an adapter. The ability to use a remote as well as a fixed mount is a huge deal. Wash works well and adjusts easily for the correct angle and pressure. The comments about a dash of cold water at the start is real but not long or a big deal. The full-function remote is another must-have. No more craning your neck trying to read tiny buttons on a side panel. Everything is clearly labeled, easy to operate, and intuitive. Our kids love it so much they now come into our bathroom when nature calls. That’s when you know a bidet seat has officially passed the family test. We’ll probably invest in a second seat soon. PRO TIP: I’ve successfully installed all of my bidet seats myself. It usually takes 15–30 minutes with the right tools to connect to the water line and mount the seat. Day 1 review: Easy to install. All parts were accurate and simple to install. Looks good. Buttons are badly named, confusing and non-intuitive - why name the wash buttons Buttocks wash and Female Wash? what is e-Touch? e-Touch Doesnt work as documented. It doesnt automatically stop washing. The function of the "Be Seated" button is unclear. Functions are laggy compared to a brondell or toto. Press Buttocks wash and then press stop and press female wash and it does nothing. You have to wait for 5 seconds before pressing the next action. There are stickers on the seat, but it's not clear if the stickers need to be taken off or they stay. Will see how it goes over the next couple of weeks and update the review. Read more

I bought this elongated electric bidet seat for the heated seat, warm water wash, remote, and dryer. When it was working, the core features were genuinely nice: the heated seat warms quickly, the wash pressure and positions are adjustable, and the night light is handy. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. Installation and fitment were more finicky than expected, and I had intermittent issues that made it feel unreliable for daily use. For a product in this price range, I expected a more solid, worry-free setup.
