excellent price for the quality

Perfect. I need to increase the power of my reading glasses from 2.25 to 2.75. Found these on Amazon....when recieved, packaged beautifully, soft covers for each, loved the color...strong and lens quality was excellent. I will continue to buy this brand in the future. Read more

Great price for quality reading glasses

Excellent glasses. Great price and style. I bought another brand slightly cheaper, but couldn't even use them they were such poor quality. These work very well and since you get four they are easy to use in various areas. Read more

They are comfortable to wear and great reading glasses.

I ike these reading glasses because they have nice designs available. I like the readers that you can see above them. My husband likes the full size glasses. He has not had any of his break yet. J They are reasonable and they seem to last a little longer than the Ones I used to buy at the pharmacy which cost a lot more than these. I like the spring action but they break near the nose after a while but so did the ones that I used to spend $24 for I pair. Read more

WHAT I needed them for and WHY FIVE stars.....AND AN EDIT!

EDIT: While the 1.75 work great for me reading MOST print, if print is REALLY small, sometimes I needed something stronger. I ordered the 2.25 in the TORTOISE, so I easily can tell which strength in the glasses. The black are 1.75, the Tortoise 2.25. SO if you sometimes need a pair a little stronger, GREAT you can get in another color AND another four pairs for 12.99! ____________________________________________ Just had CATARACT surgery on one eye, due to get the other done next week. I have always been very nearsighted, even with cataracts, I read without glasses. After having ONE eye done, which is now great for distance and even the computer, but can't read small print AT ALL out of that eye, I decided I had better get even cheap readers, so after second eye is done I can read if I HAVE to. I didn't want expensive readers because my vision could still change as both eyes healed, but wanted something for NOW. SO for those of you nearsighted folks getting cataract surgery and are getting both eyes done for distance, so you'll just need readers, THESE may be the way to go so you're not spending much right after surgery until you see EXACTLY what strength you may need when both eyes heal. MY EXPERIENCE getting them today and trying them: CLARITY/VISION - GREAT. I chose the 1.75 after looking at the eye chart here. I can easily block the eye with the cataract with a shield on the lens and I can read just fine with these out of the eye I just had cataract surgery on and can't see small print AT ALL. Well, the 1.75 is perfect. Again, as I get the other done and they both heal, may have to change to a different strength, but for now, GREAT. QUALITY - Well, for the price, hard to beat. Now, I will be GENTLY using these. During these times, I am at home virtually all the time except for doctor's appts., so I am going to just use ONE pair at a time, the others I will keep tucked away in their soft cases. IF I do need to drop them in a bag, I will use a HARD PLASTIC eyeglasses case I have to be on the safe side. The cases they come with may be fine for around the house, but they wouldn't be able to take any big impact. COST - OK, OMG. I paid about 13 bucks for four pair. EVEN if I need to replace them due to strength change later on or they broke, I would likely get these same ones again for the price. LOOKS - OK, not high fashion, although I find the Poindexter or Where's Waldo? look kind of cool, but then I'm almost 70 :-). Seems this nerdy style is in fashion though! COMES WITH CLEANING CLOTH, FOUR SLIGHTLY-PADDED soft cases and FOUR pairs of READERS. I see some reviews mentioning they didn't get sunglasses? with them, I didn't expect them nor would have used them. I have a sturdy, good pair of sunglasses, as especially after cataract surgery, I want a really good pair of sunglasses that blocks out light and UV rays well. SO....OVERALL....FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS! Read more

Got my eye on it!

Great pairs of reading glasses. I had expected cheaply made. Better than the dollar stores. Also comes with a material pouch for each eye wear. I would buy again when needing stronger glasses. 4 pairs of reading glasses should last a while. Read more

Nice and great spring legs

Well they fit good and have a good lens and I love the spring loaded legs but they are not easy to clean. They seem to get smudged even if I don’t touch em. I don’t understand that. I never put my fingers on lenses Read more
